How long will treatment take?
Each individual is unique; therefore, treatment time depends on the needs of your specific case. The more severe the orthodontic issue, the longer the treatment will need to be.
Following your treatment plan carefully and wearing your aligners at least 22 hours a day will help ensure you breeze through treatment as quickly as possible.

What is the treatment process like?
All treatments start with an initial consultation where an Invisalign® specialist will carefully evaluate you. We’ll outline a customized treatment plan to transform your smile step-by-step.
From there, your unique custom aligners will be created. You’ll wear your aligners 22 hours a day, changing them every one to two weeks as directed. Each set of aligners gently and gradually shifts your teeth until your beautiful, straight smile is achieved.
Our in-house orthodontist, Dr. Jay Patel, and our dedicated staff will be with you every step of the way to address any concerns. At the end of your treatment, you’ll be ready to show off your new smile to the world!

How do I clean the aligners?
Since Invisalign® is removable, one of the great benefits is how easy they are to clean!
Scrub your aligners with a toothbrush, a non-abrasive toothpaste, and some lukewarm water. Thoroughly clean the trays each day and remember to follow an excellent dental hygiene routine at home to keep your teeth clean and free of food debris.

Do I have to wear the aligners at night?
Yes, you do.
For the most effective outcome, the aligners must be worn for a minimum of 22 hours a day. They should only be removed to eat and brush your teeth.
If you do not wear them for the required hours every day, the corrective movement of the aligners stops, and your teeth could start to move back into their former positions. Having lost your forward momentum, it can take a few days to get your smile back on track again, adding to your treatment time.
