“The front desk always knows us, smiles, and greets us warmly every time. Kaci, our hygienist, is so good (she goes out of her way to make us comfortable and does a thorough job). Every dentist at the practice is insanely qualified, from Dr. Johnny for the kids to all of the adult focused dentists. “If I could give more stars I would! This dental office is amazing! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with Sandy and office manager Elizabeth with the best customer service. They take the time to explain everything throughly, and answer all of your questions as best as they can. You are then brought back and meet with Dr. Katris, he is phenomenal! He makes sure you feel comfortable and takes the time to educate you with his wonderful software! I’ve worked in the dental field for many years and his software has to be one of the best ones I’ve seen. This software allows them to educate the patient with pictures and videos of what might be going on in their mouth. The atmosphere in this office is great I left the office very pleased with the services I was rendered. I was very nervous at first but seeing how well they care for their patients put me at ease.
